After graduating from ESSEC Business school and La Sorbonne with a master’s in Human Resources, Zoé Drocourt specialized in in-house recruitment for Luxury companies. She worked at Louis Vuitton, Swarovski, Moët-Hennessy, LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Berluti and Sephora, in France and Brazil.
In 2017, she founded the recruitment agency Zoé Drocourt LLC in Switzerland and, in 2026, opened a U.S. branch in New York City, further strengthening the firm’s international presence.
In parallel, she also acts as a Lecturer, Coach and Mentor in Luxury management MBAs (ESSEC, ISG Luxury Management Genève, Rome Business School…).
Zoé is a native French speaker. She is fluent in English, and speaks Portuguese and Spanish well.
